The first step

You schedule your apartment search. It helps if you reserve my time 45-60 days before your move in date. Good apartments sometimes never hit the market. Late requests less than 30-45 days are considered on a case by case basis.


Preparing and protection

I help you prepare your financial documents in a way that the landlord will see you as the preferred renter. You will beat the competition. And, since you are physically only showing financials to landlord - your information is secure.


Best apartments

You receive hand selected 'best' apartments on the market. Anywhere from 3-6 that I have carefully screened. I may search through 120 apartments so you don't have to waste your time chasing 20. See these in one preselected day.


Helping you save on broker fees or getting you a better deal is the cherry on top. My goal is to help you rent the best possible apartment with the best possible landlord at the best possible price.
